Hi!

I'm Jessica, owner of Joyfully Built! I have always had a passion for creating. I started Joyfully Built in 2022 as an Instagram account to create a portfolio of all my custom-built furniture projects. I knew furniture building wasn't going to be a career for me, but I knew that the Lord was leading me into this creative space for a reason. My career as a nurse gave way as I transitioned to stay-at-home-mom life with my 3 precious littles. Over the years, I've prayerfully considered starting a new venture, and I'm beyond excited to launch Joyfully Built as my custom mood board business! 

Back in 2017, we custom built a new beautiful home, and it was time to go shopping! I was so excited to decorate. I quickly found myself feeling frustrated with the process and changing decor after having it a short time because it wasn't "just right."

I discovered my passion for design on accident. I have no formal training, but I worked with an incredible interior designer in Northwest Arkansas who believed in me and trusted me enough to work alongside her. I quickly fell in love with design and found a passion for creating mood boards. I found that customized mood boards gave me the confidence to make a cohesive plan and make design decisions without regret! My personal style preferences are transitional, organic modern, coastal and functional design for families!
